Everything-Elles’s Document Processing Services was started with both purpose and practicality in mind. Founded in 2023 and officially registered in 2024, the business was built around a desire to help the community while also creating a flexible way of working. For founder Elle Pastor, the business is not just about processing papers. It is also tied to a deeper mission of serving people and bringing values-driven work into entrepreneurship.
From the beginning, the business operated without a traditional physical office. Much of the work involves client visits, document coordination, and regular transactions with government offices, making flexibility part of the operating model from day one. This setup allowed the business to stay lean while focusing on what mattered most: helping clients move through often confusing or time-consuming processes.
One of the biggest early challenges was trust. As a startup, the business had to earn confidence from clients who needed to know they were working with someone credible, capable, and dependable. That is why having complete permits and legal business requirements became such an important turning point. For Elle, the business only truly felt ready to market once all the proper documents and registrations were in place.
That professional foundation was not optional. It was essential. In her words, it is the identity of the business and gives it the authority to operate. That perspective comes through strongly in how the company has been built: practical, mission-led, and committed to serving clients well.
Today, the business runs through a mix of remote work and fieldwork. Soft copies can be handled digitally, while registrations and other transactions often require being physically present where the work happens. By avoiding heavy fixed costs such as large office rent and utilities, the business has been able to stay flexible and efficient.
Looking back, one thing Elle sees differently now is the value of registering earlier. Had the business formalized sooner, she believes it could have reached more clients earlier as well. Her advice to new founders reflects the same values that shaped her own path: find a mission in your business, focus on helping people, and do not let profit alone define your direction. A strong mission, she suggests, is what helps a founder keep going even in rough seasons.
As an Incub8 Space Virtual Office client, Everything-Elles’s Document Processing Services has benefited in practical and meaningful ways. According to Elle, document requests needed for registration were submitted promptly, helping avoid delays in business compliance. She also highlighted the professional and accessible location for face-to-face meetings, as well as reliable parcel handling through SMS and email notifications. She further appreciated that Incub8 helps connect clients with service providers who can support their registration process.
